From classical musical training, to college marching and jazz band experience, to being self taught, Concept, Win, Zell and T.Newsome all had different musical foundations, but their paths all crossed when they each had a vision to produce music.
Concept, Win, Zell and T.Newsome had a vision to create a music production company that offered a familiar yet new and creative sound. That vision has now blossomed into Team Green Productions. Since forming, Team Green has been producing professionally since 2008 after signing a production deal with Universal Motown. Since then, Team Green has scored videos and commercials for Nike, XXL Magazine and UFC sensation Kimbo Slice, and layed epic musical backdrops for 50 Cent, Gucci Mane, Ne-Yo, Fabolous and many more. They have cataloged over 2000+ musical recordings and have worked with numerous up and coming artists ranging from genres such as Pop, Hip-Hop, R&B to Dancehall/Reggae and Electronic/Trance.
The mission behind Team Green Productions is simple: Construct radio-ready & hit-potential material from the ground up. Creativity and diversity are huge part of the formula for success within the music business; which also comes with a lot of adversity. Through it all, Team Green has continued to build the Team Green brand in other aspects such as working with songwriter/artist Ricky Jewelz, engineer Andrew Grant of Side 3 Studios and has recently began working with Grammy Award winning producer Maestro who is responsible for tracks such as Lil Wayne's "3 Peat", Ice Cube's "Gangsta Rap Made Me Do It" and more.
Team Green has been fortunate to work with such major artist and being able to showcase their diverse musical talents all while being relatively unknown to the most of the music industry. In 2010 and beyond Team Green is looking forward to make the transition from being unknown to being a household name in the music industry. With several big projects on their schedule, a lot lies ahead for Team Green Productions but the best is yet to come.
In addition to the online catalog, Team Green specializes in custom and exclusive production services. Please contact us at TeamGreenMusic@gmail.com or TeamGreenProductionsLLC@gmail.com for any inquiries or specific questions.
